Php Probid Integration

I need to have php probid integrated into a joomla website and if possible to have only one user account for whole site so users don’t have to have several lo-gins. For example user can lo-gin into members area and post auctions blog posts etc under one account for whole website! This will be a ongoing project and if what we ask is done correctly we will use you for future mods.
