Virtuemart Auto Update Erp
We want to create a component which will automatically update virtuemart’s database with a file taken from an ERP software we are already using.
Here are the details:
Our ERP software (called SoftOne) will automatically create a .txt SQL file everyday which will be automatically be uploaded to a specific location on our site’s ftp server.
The file name and location will be the same everytime.
Then the component should look for this file and automatically update the necessary tables on our eshop.
The site has approx. 40,000 products.
*What we need*
We need full customization for this, in case we need to change the file name or location and which tables and table fields it would update.
