Two-page Psd Site Designs

I need a site designed for a golf organization, below are my requirements:

– 2 pages in PSD (index & main content pages)
– Overall look and feel needs to be professional and high-class, not flashy like product sites, but also needs a web 2.0 feel
– Willing to make UNLIMITED changes based on review feedback from my client
– Patient with project timelines, as the client feedback process may span a month or more
– Daily communication update
– Escrow only by milestone

I will need these things on the screen, don’t care where exactly you place them:

Index page:
– Border background: need a color or design matching company theme (major:dark red & little bit of yellow)
– Logo & header background: I will provide log after choosing the provider, need a color or design that accentuate the logo in the header background
– 2 Menus: one preferably up top, other on the side
– BIG banner: preferbly right below the main menu spanning the entire length (used for some flash or picture animation later)
– Main content area: for announcing latest events and info, separate into sections with “Read More”
– Feature box: where I can put a featured golf club picture and some text
– Login box: standard username/password/register/forgot box
– Footer: need a color, copyright info, contact us/site map etc. link

I will provide more print materials and actual content as reference after choosing the bidder. This is the start of a long project probably spanning 2-5 month, followup project will be splicing the design into DIV+CSS HTML, and possibly a Joomla template.

Re-design Home Page For Site

I need someone to redesign the home page “only” of my website. For the home page I want the following:

1. Unique design, similar to what I have but much better, elegant and cool.

2. I want homepage to have a input field for domain look up, box for newsletter sing up, customer login, and other details I like to discuss viachat live once I pick your bid.

Simple Joomla App

I need a very basic Joomla app for a subdivision. It only needs the following:

home page (article layout where I can add welcome text)
contact us (simple contact us form)
document manager (docman)
links (manageable by an administrator from the front end)
annual dues (manageable by an administrator from the front end)
calendar (manageable by an administrator from the front end)
special blogs (maintained by only 1 person and not editable from the front end by an administrator)

This should no take long at all and is extremely basic. I should be able to take the working app and skin it as I need to with relative ease. I am too swamped right now to complete this app so I am looking for someone who knows joomla and can put this together. Whether you decide to use community builder or not doesn’t matter to me. As long as you’re using standard components and modules and it has everything I listed here. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to PMB me. Btw, if you bid above the budget, you’ll be ignored. I’m looking to have this done within 5 days.

Joomla Rsevents Form Fix

Hi,

To complete this project you’ll need an understanding of Joomla, PHP, CSS, and MySQL. If you have experience with RSEvents and RocketThemes then you may be able to fix these issues promptly.

There are 2 known issues with the form that I need fixed and 1 requirement I need added. I can provide you with a working form (with working code for each issue/requirement), a list of files you need to modify to complete the project, user accounts with proper access levels you’ll need to debug the issues, and access to the RSEvents development team (if you need to ask them questions). Here are the issues/requirements:

1) RokChecks and RokRadios aren’t working on the live site (but work in test environment).

Interactive Web Page

Looking for an interactive web page that fits into our website which currently is Joomla 1.5. The new web page would be interactive with some graphic components to a car.
