Need header and other designs placed into the Vbulletin 4.0 blog. Default layout is fine, but colors should coordinate with my site. I need to see the finished design on your server and then I need the files only. You do not need to implement this into my site. I have a logo and banner which you can use for the designs. I have a template that I have designed that would like you to cut for me following some very specific directions

1. I want the template to be a php template
2. I want the template to be split into a header.php, body.php, footer.php
3. I want the header.php to have two parts to it top.php and buttons.php
4. I want the buttons to have a roll over effect
5. I want space in the body.php to be a place for html text that has a scroll bar on the side and fixed left to right.
6. I want the template to have a maximum width of 780px
7. I want the background image to be as shown
8. I want the template centered on the webpage
9. I want to be able to change the image at the back of the logo
10. Area outside the 780px has the same color as the inside of the content area

header.php has two files top.php and buttons.php

top.php has the following:
all items above the buttons

buttons.php
just has the buttons
make the roll over effect nice

body.php
has the content holder with scroll bars up and down and fixed left to right

I have attached a copy of a sample blank jpg template that you will use, i will provide a better resolution layered pdf

Need a template to create a magazine. The template need to be that I can drop in pictures and words and set up for print. I want a wesite to assign passwords to agents and businesses to go in and request an ad for theri services or products. similar to The Real Estate Book, but a print version that will go out monthly and an online version to promote the print version, along with additional clients.

I will provide you with the design psd file.

This project is very basic. I have an already finished design that is about 95 percent where I want it.

I want to do the following things

1. I want to liven up the site a bit with some cool background color schemes, etc

My site looks a bit too corporate and I want it to look a bit more consumer related.

I dont want the same style here… but groupon.com is an example of a site that makes good use of colors to liven up the site..like the are background images and buy now buttons are not and large and have cool colors. Though I think their color choices are borderline gaudy

2. I have some buttons, etc that are like the ones on the right of salesforce.com. I want to make mine just a bit more visually appealing as they look plain right now.

3. I also want the logo improved

I need someone who can take my design from an 8.5 to a 10.
