I would like the website to be very similar to the below in functionality and layout:

I am looking for the same functionality and want to be able to have a good backend that is easy to change text, add images, add pages, remove pages etc.
There should be a template design for every new page I want to add, this template will include a “Make Me An Offer” button which takes the customer to the main form to fill in.

The Form that is on the site when completed by a user should send an automatic email to me with the information from the form on it. The information from the Form needs to be stored in some kind of admin area for me to review at a later stage. I would like the form to have the same fields as this one http://www.networkpropertybuyers.co.uk/index.ph… (fill it in with some dummy information to see the fields required). I want to be able to add fields if necessary and make fields inactive in the back end.

The site needs Google Analytics installed on it, setup so it can record PPC through to a sale (a sale is counted as the form being filled in)

Should be compatible with all main stream browsers.

I want a clear and concise Sitemap.

I will be optimising pages for SEO so will need to be able to change the relevant fields/tags etc.

I will be running Adword campaigns and want to be able to track these easily. So I can see what ad word resulted in a form being filled in.

I can supply text and copy for the site and would need to have the ability to change this in the backend if I wanted to at a later date. For now use the text that is on the other sites and I will change later.

This is the first of many projects like this, the next one has a shopping cart, this one does not need that option. I am happy for you to customise an existing template site as long as it looks good and I own the source code upon completion.

Can you let me know how much this will be and send me a few examples of other sites you have created.

I need the work completed quickly so would like to award this project within 2 days. How long will it take you to complete?

We need a site design with virtual store. However, we do not sell “products” – we sell services. We can wrap our services as packages and sell them as “products” but still we need a customized form that allows us to collect more data than usual e-stores do. Please consider the attached pdf chart.

Also, we need the shopping cart to allow the customer to go back and keep adding more services before doing the checkout, and we need the customer to have a summary of the several services he purchased upon the checkout.

We also need to accept payments with Paypal, (maybe others) and live processing of major credit cards (Visa, MC, AMEX).

I am not happy with the header on the secondary pages of my website located at these following example URL addresses:

I need a uniform header for all these pages.

The header needs to be a combination of CSS, XHTML, and images. But you can grab the logo image for now.

Just for additional information, my website is a cross between Wikipedia, ebay, and craigslist so the main page header looks like this on the home page:

However, I am having trouble coming up with a header for all the secondary pages that will give the whole site some sort of congruity and uniformity. Can you help?

Hi, i need an IM system for Social Engine script (http://www.socialengine.net/), that would work like Facebook’s IM or Yahoo Email’s IM, in the browser, from the browser, like this: when a user is logged in to his account, he is automatically logged in to the IM, which opens as a Yahoo Messenger looking column to the right of the screen, column that can be minimized, but not closed. So every user logged in is also on IM automatically. All users online should be listed in the IM with option to click on their name and open private chat windows with everyone, also if someone contacts you, a windows should popup with the IM message, and with options to block that user, or add to friends, and if clicked on username, to open the profile in the window. Now, this IM should be omnipresent on all pages, so no matter what page are you on, or navigate away from, the IM should be still and steady in the same spot, just like a shadow. AJAX IM could be a good one, integrated as I explained. Details of the project can be further discussed after the bid, but basically, every user online should be on IM and be able to contact and be contacted in real time by others that are also online. That’s it.

I have seen some integration of the Ajax IM here, but it is not as I would like it, as it opens in a different window and I hate that, it all has to be in the same window, just as Facebook and Yahoo Chat integrated in browser:

I need a tool made that allows a user to generate a javascript based iframe that shows if a webcam model is live on a website.
This tool will be like the example I have attached to this project, but over the photo of the model will be the words, I’m Live and under the photo will be the workds, Off Line. And if model is live I’m Live will be green and if not live, Off Line will be shown in red.
Each model has a number that the user can put into the tool to generate the iframe, and each model will have a photo that is under that model number that the iframe will display.
