Web Form Validation
I need my web form validation scripts modified in order to perform the desired actions. The first form ( http://azhearing.com/catalog-request.php ) needs to trigger a php file (attached) to email me ALL the form results while posting them at the same time to http://www.azhearing.com/cgi-bin/PDG_Commerce/catalog.csv (Script needs to create this file if one does not exist.) Once form is submitted, the user will read on the screen, “Thank you, <firstname>. Your catalog will me mailed out soon. Form submitted on <date> at <time>.” Most of this information is already in the script, but not working properly. ** If possible, I’d like the ZIP mask integrated on this form. ** See all js files attached ** The second form ( http://www.azhearing.com/PDGCommTemplates/CheckOut2.html ) needs the javascript debugged to perform the submit action once the form fields have been validated. If the user has JavaScript turned off on his machine, he/she should still be able to submit the forms.

PLEASE NOTICE: I’m not asking for whole new forms redesigned. I ONLY NEED THE CURRENT SCRIPTS MODIFIED. I want to be able to control the validation variables IN THE FORM ITSELF, not in the script. PROJECT DOES NOT REQUIRE SCRIPT INSTALLATION, I CAN DO THAT MYSELF.

Osc Css Editor And Switcher
I need to add the ability to edit the stylesheet.css file from the admin section. Also, I want to be able to add multiple .css files and be able to dynamically change it in admin. So we have stylesheet_yellow.css, stylesheet_blue.css, stylesheet_green.css. We will have a dropdown where I can select one of these stylesheets and save it as stylesheet.css so that it will be the stylesheet that will be made live. We will not rename the existing file (eg. stylesheet_blue.css), but only overwrite stylesheet.css. Then we can edit the stylesheet and there will be a preview of the client side below where I can see the changes made.

Photo Php Script Fixes
I NEED THREE PHP PROGRAMMING SCRIPT FIXES, I AM SURE THEY ARE MINOR BUT THEY NEED TO BE CORRECTED FOR THE SITE TO CORRECTLY WORK.

1. THE NEWEST PHOTOS LINK new_photos.php is not currently loading the newest photos that are recently added to the site. This needs fixed.

2. The Most Popular Photos Link popular_photos.php is not currently loading the photos that have the most image views in the website. This needs fixed

3. The script is not sending out a email with the download links to buyer once the paypal transaction is complete. I believe the file is called send_order_info.php that needs fixed but not sure.

I think a php guru will be able to look at script and correct the first 2 problems pretty easy.

the last fix number 3 may need alittle php re-progamming to make sure that email with download links gets sent out to the buyer.

This project shouldn’t take more than a 30 mins for a experienced php guru.

I am wanting to set it up where my customer’s have a login panel where they can login and see there tickets through kayako, see there products and invoice through sugarcrm. I would like for them to be able to upgrade downgrade there products through sugarcrm. I would like invoicing setup where it will invoice the customer recurring. I would also like an order page so they can order through SugarCRM. I would also like a contact page where they fill out the information and submit into a lead in sugarcrm. We are looking for an experienced programmer(s) to design a niche coupon website dedicated to the automotive industry. The site will need to work seamlessly with commission junction (www.cj.com) and other similar affiliate networks. A fluid design is desirable; similar in functionaility and design to other coupon websites such as couponchief.com and couponcabin.com, however specific to a niche market. Authorize.net Payment Form
I have authorize.net, I need to use SIM method.

I want the following features:

1. They’re on my website, they click “Pay Invoice” (page already made)
2. They Choose Residential / Business Payment (page already made)
3. The Payment form on my website will prompt for the following:
Name, Technician Name, and then a drop down menu for hrly rate.
The dropdown rate and name will be parsed to Authorize.net SIM and then they will be asked for their billing information and so forth.

I hope I have been clear, to re-iterate, I need a simple SIM Payment form for my website, it needs to ask for name and technician name, then how many hours the tech was there, the amount of hours will parse the correct price to charge to Authorize.net and will only show the “1 Hour, 1.25 Hour, 1.50 hour, 2.00 hour, etc) to the customer and then the price will only appear when they click “Process Payment” on the page which will show the Authorize.net page.
