I am very close to completing work on some PHP scripts that communicate with PayPal’s API for e-commerce credit card billing, etc. I have a sandbox account, API credentials, and a mock-up of a billing page on my server. I just need someone with PayPal API and PHP experience to look at my scripts, help troublehshoot, make recommendations, and be available to answer questions. I would like to send you a ZIP file of my scripts and, after giving you a chance to review them, communicate by phone or e-mail to help resolve the issues I’m having with implementing the PayPal API.

I need the CMS for my templates. I have 11 very basic templates with only 3 pages each, check it here: digitalldesign(dot)com(dot)au/pdw-all(dot)html they were designed in Photoshop and then created in Dreamweaver, they are very basic, they all have different type of design, these templates were created only using images that is why they don’t have CMS.

What I need is the CMS for those templates, in order to get the best results for both parties we will work with 1 template at the time, I’ll send you 1 I’ll see how it goes and if I like it then I’ll send you the other ones.

Please bid how it will be the cost for my pack of 11 simple templates.

I have these questions, please answer them before you bid:

– Can you use the same CMS structure for all of them or each one must have to have a specific CMS for that type of design? Probably we can use the same CMS for a few similar templates, is that ok?

– With the CMS you do it in a way of being able to customize everything on the website, Pictures, text, change the design? What is possible to change? The CMS must have to be really simple to manage, also it must be relatively easy if I change a little bit of the design/website structure to still be able to use the same CMS, in another words, using the same CMS what kind of changes I’m allowed to do, tell me the maximum of changes that it is possible with your CMS type.

– What do you need me to send to you?

Because the CMS have php files it will be needed a programmer to upload the websites to the server, right? If everything goes really well with you I’ll give your contact to my clients when they need to upload the websites to their server.

Or you have a way of installing the website on the server in a very simple and easy way?

So this project is very simple, you just have to create the current website design into the content management system, so that I can manage the website by myself.
So from you I may just need:
Create CSS template
Install a very simple and basic CMS

You do not need to load the content onto pages, I’ll do it.

9 – This is a project that will grow so if you keep the things very professional and efficient I’ll be interested in keep a continuous business relation with you.

10- At the end of the project you need to deliver me the source files.

11- I will only choose the programmer after you showing me your portfolio that proves experience on this field and after you giving me the samples about what you’ve done before like this, put them online in order to be able to see them.

12- At the end of the project I Must have a tutorial on a word document with all the steps to teach how to customize the website, how to use the Content Management System, how to ad or delete pages and links on the website, etc.

13- At the end of the project you also must give me at least 2 months of technical assistance.

Here is what I want to be able to do with a single PHP-only script:

1. Enter a CL url like $url = ‘http://cleveland.craigslist.org/bik/’;

2. Open the 20 most recent postings for $url one at a time.

3. Get the following variables:

a. $time
b. $linktitle
c. $linkurl
d. $email
e. $description

This script only needs to echo this is plain html so that I know it functions. This is about a 15 minute job so bid accordingly. If you exceed the max bid, you will be ignored.

Hello,
we have to set up an appointment system for a nonprofit organization where users should ask for a medical appointment. Is not like an hotel booking system, this not require an availibilty or a calendar. How should works:

Public section:
1) user see a list of services, like dentists, blood donations, ecc.
2) user click on one of the service and see a list of city where this service is available
3) user click on a city and should fill the form
4) the form must have fields like: name, surname, address, phone, email, privacy acceptance (required fields) and other optional fields (health id card, a text note field), and a simple captcha. And with error messages system while compiling the form.
5) when the form is filled and sent, an email should be sent both to user and to admin

Admin section:
1) all appointments requested should be stored into a table that could be printed (or exported). The requests should be ordered by name, or by date or by city.
2) more operators should login to the admin area
3) in this table, admins/operators should have a field where they should update the status of the request: the operator should select from 2 status ( “to do” -default- or “done”) and put a text note. If the operator “john” change the status, a column will show “status changed by john on date..)

Some notes:
This administration will be used by volunteers that do not have an high pc skill, so easy use is required
Hosting: linux, with mysql
After some test, maybe the volunteers should ask for some little improvements at the script. I remember you: is a non profit organization and this system should help the volunteers, so an easy administration is required and.. please do not ask high prices 🙂

I would like an app that allows people to create slideshows. So user uploads a bunch of images and then can do the following:

1) annotate on it using sticky notes anywhere on the image (this can be done using CSS and does not need to be saved as part of image file)
2) drag and drop arrows and other icons onto the image (again, it should be placed using DIV and not become part of image)
3) share project with team members via email notifications
4) able to have different themes for their image albums
5) visitors to album can post comments and rate images
6) owner can set access privilege. so some albums require password
7) owner can drag and drop to re-arrange order of images like PowerPoint thumbnails view
8) can export whole album as a ZIP file and HTML files automatically created that does the slideshow of images. So no need for PHP at this point. Just drag and drop into browser and it’ll have next/previous buttons to navigate between images. Files would be 1.htm, 2.htm, 3.htm

Other requirements:
1) login authentication and registration page
2) admin level / owner level / guest level
3) use of AJAX in many editing functions

You should know:
1) PHP expert
2) jQuery expert

There will be a large use of drag and drop to re-order images. So if you know how to do that using jQuery that would be good.

I prefer someone who can code it in a while that it’s easy to maintain for me later on. So be great if you can do it using SMARTY or other ways of coding it elegantly.

You can take an existing popular open source web app and modify it for use. Or it’ll be great if you already have something like this. Or do it from scratch.
