I’d like to use the thin slice component ( http://upload.thinfile.com/resume/ ) instead of the one we’re currently using now. Documentation on it is at http://upload.thinfile.com/docs/

Basically, once logging in, users type in who they’d like to email the file to, perhaps a ‘message’ go go along with it, and select a file. Once they hit submit and upload, I want thin upload to upload the file. Once it’s completed, the script will email the user that it’s been completed.

All of the functionality has been completed except I want to change the current upload method for Slice Upload, as that will allow me to get past my servers php.ini max file upload limits. all the page design and html has been done also. Just have to make it work with thin upload.

I need you to write a new script that will be integrated with my current site that will automatically bulk email 10,000’s of targeted emails from my opt-in member database.

Your script will send emails daily to my members. The content of the mail will depend on 3 specific characteristics of my members.

My site is a press release distribution site PHP and SQL. Each day, customers post press releases and choose interest categories for their press release (example Sports, Technology, Entertainment, Health, etc….) and target locations (USA, California, Los Angeles, USA, New York, All Cities in New York, etc….) and language of press release (English, Spanish, French….).

Your script will send daily emails at 06:00 EST(New York time) to my 100,000 media members based on the press releases published within the preceding 24 hours. The content of each email depends on 1. the interest category and 2. location and 3. language of the media member.

The content of each of these mass emails will need to be dependent on the variables associated with each media contact (Category, Location, Language). I will email you a sample email of what the mass email is supposed to look like.

Assume that I have no technical background. I know very very little about the code and this script.

The script is supposed to be totally automated, with no needed intervention from me. All emails will be sent from my server, or preferably from the 1and1 SMTP server.

You will need to do anything and everything that is necessary to make this script work according to my description (uploading, debugging, server modifications, etc…)

Background:
Drupal offers possibilities with the moduls path_auto, i18n to define front pages. But as soon you wish to redirect to /en/index.html it returns /en which is the internal default language.

The Approach should be made in Drupal and not with Apache mod_rewrite.

I’m searching for a programmer who can create a sync script for my Test-DMS.

I’ve made a easy PHP Document Management System (DMS). When people upload a file or create a folder, so the folders or files will be added in my DB and in my filesystem.
Now some people with Samba-access can directly add or delete folders and files on my filesystem. That’s why I need a sync-script dat compares the DB with my filesystem.

1. When a file or folder is added to my filesystem (with Samba), and it isn’t in my DB, the script adds a row into my DB.
2. When a file or folder is listed in my DB and isn’t in my filesystem, remove the file/folder row from my DB (because the file or folder is manually deleted from the file system with Samba).
3. Not all projects should be synchronized. Only the projects in my table Project with Samba = 1.
4. After every run the script writes the changes in a daily logfile.

My database “Test” contains the following tables:

file_id | parent_id | project_id | file type | file type | name | size | modifyon

Table PROJECTS
Project_id | Project Name | samba
The original files aren’t stored in my db but in a folder on my filesystem (with project_id as foldername).

have website clone. Php based. Here is what I want.

1) Want a facelift. Must be farmilar with CL clones.
I have a design I want. Wanting template to work off the new design.
Want design worked on for better clearity. Sharpness. cleanness.

2) All main & sub categories are on one page. Want another page added so that only main categories are on main page and then sub-categories of each are listed on a second sub category page. Would need to mod the admin pages as well so that I can caterize the sub categories as well in the admin, If needed. Might auto do that still and not be needed.

3) States are on side. Want to add advertising on side and instead add either ajax locations or drop down textbox.

I have lots more to do. want to work with someone on reg basis. Will depend on skill leve along with price. Can not pay high market price, however will be consistant work over next year on monthly basis to mod project. so would be a plus if 1-2 programmers are from here are really good at mods, install, and project re-designs so other scripts can be mod to site which inc. networing community and such.

For now, the above 3 re-designs/mods needed.

My current script takes around 30 seconds to output the results.
I need to speed this up.

Reason for this long query time is the size of the table (12GB – 2.5M enteries).

I need a function to do the following:

– A user query the database to get a new article, based on one or more keywords ($keywords = keyword1,keyword no 2,keyword3 etc).
– The article is being pulled from table_articles.
– The article title or keywords need to match atleast one of the words in $keywords ($keywords = keyword1,keyword no 2,keyword3 etc).
– Everytime a user receive an article, then I put the article ID and user ID in a seperate table. The user only get articles which he have not received before (which means, the script need to check the other table to see if he already received this article before).

Table: table_articles (table containing all articles)
id,title,body,category,keywords (each keyword in seperated by a comma “,”)

Table: table_publishlist (table contain data of articles the user already received)
id,article_id,user_id,publishdate

You will not get access to my database.
You need to use your own test database etc.
Need to be done in PHP.

I need some simple php and mysql site fixed. Just 2 fixes. The site has no cms. It was custom coded. I need the work done in 2 day. I think it’s 1 hour of work really. I’m willing to pay $30-40 for this work.

I have 2 issues that need to be fixed with a custom coded php mysql site. There is no cms.

1. When the person registers they are able to use already used email address (current members email address), then other times they will put in their email
address and it will say “this is an invalid email type”.

So again that issue is so when the user clicks on buy now and is registered it asks it to fill in their information
people are not able to get beyond that point as they cant complete their address for some strange reason
