OK re posting project / coder vanishes after doing nothing somewhere in India.

But it is a NEW day and client still wants work done, so;

Client is adding a very simple feature to his website. He currently has two pages (news & specials) that he is always adding to. He likes the format of listing a thumbnail, title and small description in row view linked to its own page for further expanded details.

An admin control is needed to add/edit/delete or paginate the row view of thumbnails, titles and descriptions for both the new page and the specials page.

Then

Within that admin offer a HTML editor so any person he chooses to update his site can easily “drag and drop” , change fonts, add photos, preview before publishing and/or just be creative to edit the area of the page that will contain the expanded new or special.

Each expanded page will be generated from the script and will have editable meta tags and hot links.

All controls including pagination, tags and content need to be in one easy admin area.

here is what is needed:
one Admin control
2 pages (news and specials) adminable creating the row view as described above.
Generated pages for each title linked from the row view page.

This is simply a drag and drop or cut and paste page editor with an admin.

The Design of the project is complete and the css will remain the same, we only need the script for php installed to update the row view of news page, update specials page and have independent pages generated for each news / special for the purpose of SEO.

Php Dynamic Link Script #2

I need a simple PHP script created.

What I wan´t to do is place some kind of PHP code in the footer of several PHP (WP, Joomla etc.) websites. The script will then fetch code from a PHP file on a remote server containing HTML and PHP code to display links and other information on several sites.

Need this done quickly. Project has been re-posted because the I didn’t get replies to my messages in the old project posting.

Bidrivals Swoopo Type Script

Hi Scriptlancers!

I require a script for my new auction website.

I only need the script, installed on my server, tested and debugged.

All the graphic design will be done by myself, so it just has to be the basic looking framework, I like bidrivals layout the best. It HAS TO BE able to be graphicly modified using CSS and PHP.

Has to be PHP and MySQL based to run on my GoDaddy linux dedicated server. You will be given temporary root access to perform all the nessesary instalation tasks, so you MUST have a good positive feedback rating!

The company I will award this job to will have previous experience with penny auction and reverse auction scripts, I want a script you have ALREADY developed and tested, so it is easy for you to just install it on my server. You will need to provide me with some reference websites that are running your script.

FEATURES NEEDED:

MOST of the features that bidrivals website has, both user and administration, but I will be using ONLY 3 types of auctions. Penny auction normal, Penny auction WITH seats, Lowest unique bid auction.

Penny Auction is same as what is on bidrivals.

Penny auction with seats adds the ability to make users buy “seats” before auction starts, with no timer needed. Once the seats has been filled, the auction starts and runs on a timer, once timer ends the next last bidder will win.

Lowest unique auction is the integration of a standard lowest unique bid auction system. Example: A iPod valued at $300. minumum bids required 600. Bid price $1. Lowest unique bid once all 600 bids have been made wins.

I must have the basic functionality like bid packages, bidbutler/bidagent, all user functions etc.

Multi currency and multi language: this is something I would like, and if you have a script that supports this exactly the same as Bidrivals, then you will be first in line to win the job. But please still bid for the project if you dont have this, as it is not absoloutly a must have at this stage. This may be programmed at a later stage when we expand.

Php Fox Square Thumbnails

I have a phpfox site (version 1.6.20). When I upload an image to the gallery it creates a thumbnail. Currently the thumbnails are based on the image size so they all have different dimensions. I need someone who can go into the code and change it so when someone uploads an image to the gallery, and a thumbnail is automatically generated, the thumbnail is square- Same height and same width.

Ajax Js Simple Validation

I have a form with 3 fields 1st – Number1, 2nd – Number2, 3rd – DropDown List, dropdown list have all operators,
Function
in this form have php script, write number 1 and 2 and select operator then press go there will be result showing with ajax,
Error
All operator working just + operator not showing the result.

I need to resolve it and is there i need ajax form validation.
Required Num 1 and Num 2 with int not alphabet, and select operator validation.

Note: need it within 2 hour after awarded. experienced guy need, not time wasting.

Unique Auction Format Script

I need something very similar to http://www.bpowerhouse.info/dutch-auction-script.htm It’s basicly like an inverted buy it now auction where the price starts high, and goes backwards over time as there are no bids the above mentioned script requires a deposit and to see the price you have to “scratch” whereby they are charged one credit for peeking at the price and have 10 seconds to do a buy it now at that price. If they don’t do buy it now, the price is again concealed, the next person who scratches it gets a price drop and yet another opportunity to do a buy it now.

I want similar functionality in regards to it starting at a price and the price dropping in increments that are set on a per product basis when you list the item. I do not need or want this scratch feature. I just want an inverted buy it now. Ideally I would like to list several dozen items at a time if not hundreds of items at a time in 10 minute to one hour auction formats. This can be negotiable depending on how much server load would be hammered because of the calls to database of the prices refreshing each minute for that many products.

Countdown timers could be in flash for aesthetic reason but not necessary. Im hoping someone has a really good penny auction script already and can rip out all bidding formats and build this format into the script.

For example i have an item retail price is $50 item starts at $50 each minute taht goes buy the item drops say $3 or $5 as set by the admin who listed the item. Each time it drops anyone is welcome to do a buy it now if they are comfortable buying the item at that price. But if they try to be greedy and wait too long someone else is free to snatch it with a buy it now at any time.
Id also like there to be a low ceiling that the admin can give value to so the price will not fall below that threshold. Once it hits that price the auction would remain open for say 2 minutes or 5 minutes and would automatically end and auto relist. (if relist was checked off by admin for that product)

I am looking for a developer who may be interested in a full time partnership/revenue share for this site, i don’t want to give out too many details publicy but Im in a situation where in my niche(very big one) I can offer the lowest prices on the planet for these goods, this would be a very high volume selling site. I currently lease an office in a very large importers warehouse with 40,000 sq ft full of millions of dollars in inventory, i have next to no overhead and extremely deep discounts through this importer because I already have an exisiting business giving her good volume.

Partnership is not necessary however if you are intersted we can work out a percentage for your permanant services as a coder for this site. I will handle all marketing and customer service. Collecting payments. You simply code the site, do any maintenance/upgrades and sit back and collect a nice monthly check. The products I sell are very popular impulse items. I can sell at any profit margine because I have no overhead. I simply sell from my importers multi million dollar stock. So if I make a 10 or 20 percent margin I dont care. I will make sure the low ceiling price of each item ensures I make at least 15 percent markup from my cost. Most items will sell much much higher.

If you understand the concept Ive listed above please feel free to bid on project or PMB about a possible partnership with me. I have an established ecommerce site thats been in business since 2004 so I know what Im doing and know the market for these products. Would prefer php script that is secure with no possible backdoors. I would also want an attractive trendy/hip template for this site. Most of the templates out there for the penny auction scripts would do the trick.

Wpmu Header Code Error Fix

Rent Room + House Website

Hi Everyone,

This project is for the creation of a website that will assist to advertise rooms for rent.

The owner of this websites is a young student who rents bedrooms to students in a number of cities in Australia. There are currently 25 rooms in 6 properties that they manage, however this may grow in the coming year or so.

So the purpose of this website is for the owner to easily add and list rooms that are on offer and also for the students to be able to select the ones they are interested in and then fill out a form to list all their details.

Some of the main features for the admin/owner should be:
Ability to easily:
+ add new properties and rooms.
+ attach a couple of photos to each room.
+ add new cities
+ manage each properties availability date (so that tenants who are looking for dates in advance can see what would be available for them.
+ be emailed a pdf of the students “application form”.

Some of the main features for the student would be:
+ ability to easily browse through the rooms and cities.
+ ability to select the rooms that interest them.
+ ability to create an account (to save their details – so that they dont need to type in their info each time for each property).
