I wish for mine to be different for commissions.

It needs to be 3×11 true forced downline spillover.
This will be over 250,000 potential downline members.

Instead of each member having one single link to advertise, they will have 4 banner boxes and 6 text links to be explained.

This will be public viewable but pay to join only.

They will subscribe to the admin at a set monthly fee. This monthly subscription will auto enroll them back into the site after their respective matrix is full without paying admin again, although they will have to pay again their new 11 upline members. This feature will ensure correct follow the leader thru the site continously as it gains members.

Members will pay One Time Fees to the 11 members on the page they join. 11 one time payments to join in exact order. After paying the last person on the list, all in order they are then prompted to input their own information and are sent an activation email that enables them to log into the site, input their web links of choice, and get thier affiliate link to advertise for others.

Members can log in and change any link they wish at will which is then up after they refresh the page.

Members are also given an extra bonus in the back office. Which every member will upload their own. To be explained. So every member will have 11 extra goodies in the back office from their 11 upline members.

There will be an in house only email system so members can blast an email daily of promotions to all their downline. With all messages set to auto delete after 24 hours. No reply system.

And Admin will have one separate page in the back office just to list banners and text links of choice to joining members who may wish to join any then advertise them to the members they get to join. If they choose.

So the site itself will be about 5 pages.
One public viewable page with the 11 current members and their 10 links. Must be self replicated upon joining with everyone moving down the list. New members go to the top.
This will be in a 3×11 forced downline format. So good marketers help fill the ranks of the less skilled.

There will need to be FAQ page. Content box only. Admin could insert a banner of choice for another website here.

A page for the back office. Must be super simple to navigate and understand. Stats of downline members, content areas to change banners and text links, super easy to use, and the in house email blast. Along with affiliate links, and website banners members can use.

The extra goodies page, which members will read the subject lines and choose to open up. Everyone will have their own content to upload. To be explained further.

And the members alertpay email they use for subscription to admin will be used in their affiliate page, along with all the other alertpay emails for the other members. Must ensure these are pay now boxes they click that then takes them to Alertpay then back to site for each of the 11 members. This has been cleared with Alertpay to go ahead and develop.

And to make it better for members who join I wish for some feature so that any new member who joins thru the Admin only link is auto placed to the exact last member who joined anywhere in the site. No admin only signups. Forced downline spillover or auto placed to the exact last member who joined. So members can see their downlines building. Must work exactly.

And whoever builds this ASAP will insert themselves upon completion and showing owner online everything is working into the number 1 position. So programmer who builds this will collect as long term bonus all the money gained by other marketers who join.

This also includes design and coding. Design can be simple. As long as site works. We can change it later.

Here is how the app works:

Step 1 – Google Keywords API

Make a webpage with a text input box where user can enter a list of “seed keywords”.

On submit, each keyword is sent to the Google Keyword API.

Google’s API will return a variety of similar keywords, with traffic levels and competition levels for each keyword in the list.

Remove any keywords that have competition levels greater than 4 out of 5 (80%).

Remove any keywords that have last month search volume less than 20,000

Save results to a csv file.

Step 2 – Yahoo Site Explorer API

For each keyword in the list above, search in Google.com

Record the URL of the 5 websites in search result positions #1, #2, #3, #9, #10.

For each of those 5 websites, send to Yahoo Site Explorer API.

Find the number of “inlinks” (sites linking to the website) using these parameters:

Look at “inlinks”
Except from this domain (omit_inlinks=domain)
To entire site (entire_site=1)

The results will say how many other sites “inlink” to the site in position #1, #2, #3, etc.

Record the number of inlinks to each of the 5 URLs in the csv file.

If possible, sort the inlinks by Google Page rank. Then get the average Google Page Rank of the first 100 inlinks in the sorted list. Record that average value in the csv file.

Step 3 – Sort Results

Create 3 csv files for the final results:

Good
Medium
Bad

Each keyword needs to be sorted into ‘good’, ‘medium’ or ‘bad’.

Good:

All 5 URLs have number of inlinks less than 1,500
Average PR 1 or less for first 100 inlinks

Medium:

ALL URLs have number of inlinks between 1,500 and 5,000
At least 2 URLs have number of inlinks less than 1,500
Average PR 2 or less for first 100 inlinks

Bad:

Anything not fitting the criteria for ‘good’ or ‘medium’

Step 4 – Master Record

Add ALL records to a master csv file.

Append the records to any existing records. (add new records to end of old records).

The master csv file will contain a history of all records created since the app was created.

Should be able to work a TRD against our brief and to set up a development framework.

I am looking at getting a hand coded picture rating/sharing site made as i already have the domain, hosting and logo prepared.

Here are the details of the project.

I’d like people to be able to post pictures for public view so they can both vote between the two of them in a quick battle war and also give them votes out of ten. The vote is done by clicking which picture looks better or the rating out of ten they wish to assign the picture. The win/loss results or rating are shown on the following page under the menu, and the next picture battle or picture is shown.

When someone submits a picture they are required to accept terms of agreement, give a picture name, email, and the picture. If the picture is too large it should submit a picture that is automatically resized. If the picture is too small it should auto decline and ask the user to resubmit.

I would like the option of user side login’s, as well as backoffice admin access so that the admin can accept or decline submissions based on criteria manually.

The information should be kept in a database. It should have name, email, photo, date submitted, number of battles,number of votes, wins, % wins, losses, % losses, draws, % draws, rating.

The menu up the top should be like puppywar.com but it should also have a drop down feature. This would be so people can choose between the top picture by rating and by battle wins.

But I would like to have Best of the current week and worst of the current week as an selection as well as Best/Worst of all time.

This needs to be well documented programming, interface should be simple.
This website should be fast loading and the backoffice must be easy to use.
Backoffice should have a list of all submissions and easy to approve or decline.

I would like the site to have the feature of commenting on pics and discussion back and forward between members. This would be along the lines of a very simplified facebook feel where members login and see their own page. On this page it would show any comments on thier pics, the rating of thier pics and any messages sent to them by other members.

I already have a logo, but I’m open for suggestions. Again, it’s a simple interface, it should be sleek and fast loading, but very well programmed at the same time.

example : my example website will be named LBEasy (not a real name)

This is a website all about list building. List building is just collecting peoples email addresses and adding it to an auto responder.
So what happens is when someone puts in the Name, email address, and password to sign up for LBEasy – it redirects that person to sign up for 6 other people’s lists. Then once they sign up for all 6 they are a member of LBEasy. (since the user is already submitting their Name and email address – this can be used to automatically sign them up for the other 6 lists).
These are all 3rd party auto responders – so what happens is when you are a member of LBEasy you enter your auto responder information in at the members section. (usually these are just <form>to</form> autoresponder html codes)
Now that one is a member they need to refer members to a specific url. So when you refer members to your referral url it show your face along with 5 other people.
