For a flying club we need a Joomla 1.5 custom component for registered users to book the aircrafts on an h.o.u.r.l.y basis.

The partly-web2 frontend will feature extra user profile details, info on aircrafts, a color-coded calendar to view what aircraft are booked when and by who.

The backend will have joomla style lists of aircraft, users (those enabled to book), notices by email.

project estimated to 2 weeks work but this depends on skill of developer.
Graphic design and detailed specs will be supplied.
There will be a list of rules.. like users must have certain licences in their profile to access certain aircraft… (retractable undercarriage for example)

I am looking to pay someone a flat $500 a month for working on the items I send you. You will work on one web application for me, and the emails I send you might be for bug fixes, new features or enhancements. I do not want to pay by project, and I do not want to pay per hour. I am looking for someone who wants to earn a fixed amount for doing work I send them. You might work between 20 and 40 hours a week. I am understanding and flexible, however when something needs to get done I expect it to get done.

That said, I am looking for someone with a strong background in PHP5 and OOP, has worked heavily with DOM, has a good eye and a willingness to do things the right way. Must be a problem solver and be able to work with minimal supervision. I have to be able to trust you and count on you to do the work. I need someone who I can depend on, and will fix bugs right away. I need someone I can talk to on AIM, Skype, MSN or Yahoo.

– At least 5 years of PHP experience is required. You MUST know what you’re doing, don’t waste my time if you have doubts about DOM, JSON or Object Oriented PHP5 using ADODB to connect to a MySQL DB.
– Must know how to parse and understand pre-existing code, as well as follow the coding standard already in place

I am looking for a script that will automatically reply with a standard reply to people’s CL ads.

It should:
reply to all pages of ads here: http://newyork.CL.org/reo/
and here: http://newyork.CL.org/abo/

and also other states TBD. (the URL of Craigslist whose ads it scrapes should be customizable e.g. I may enter in http://longisland.CL.org/ o http://newhaven.CL.org/reo )

You will need to grab the emails (even if there’s a captcha – i’m not sure whether CL has one but I don’t think so), and then reply from my email address.

This will also need to be able to reply from several different email addresses, as I think CL may limit the number of replies from one email address per day. I am not sure; you should be willing to work around any restrictions CL has. If it does, this script will need to switch email accounts for me and start using another of my email accounts for the rest of the emails.

Also, I will want to run these scripts once per day. So, there should be a way for it to only grab the ads from the time period, where that time period is customizable, or to not email people that it’s already emailed.

Also, one thing i’m wondering about is whether this script can run itself (so that I don’t have to start it up) daily. I keep my computer on all the time and they should start themselves up daily and run if that’s an option.

It can work with any email client (I’m on a PC and can do webmail or outlook).

This is a modification to Joomsocial (1.5.248) on Joomla (1.5.15) and a Component called SIMGallery. SIMGallery allows for photo tagging of users, the settings can be changed from allowing registered users to tag photos or not, users can only tag their friends on their own photos.

This project needs to do the following:
– Ability to ONLY allow ADMINs to Tag photos, even if they don’t have a friendship with any user on the site.
– Admin can tag users either by username or email. Setting can be done on the admin side.

This is what we need for now, let us know if you can do it. Only experience programers please.
