Enhance Php Application
I have a pretty simple data tracking app that I wrote using php/mysql a while ago with a couple of other developers. I need help with putting some tighter security controls around login/data inputs/outputs.

If any database changes will need to be made I will need an upgrade script to migrate existing user data to the new version.

Please only bid if you understand how to implement secure login, xss and sql inj protection.

We are a marketing business who provides medium-sized businesses with tailored internet marketing solutions to compliment their offline marketing efforts. We are a modern and innovative business but still maintain a corporate image. We require a small website with a generally low amount of text content but with high quality graphic design. The site must be appealing and engaging to prospective visitors – small & medium business owners.

The site will consist of 5 main pages + 4 sub pages.

–The design–

The successful bidder will create at least alternate three styles of the template (supplied as jpg or pdf) using the Home Page content. We will provide feedback, and from this you will develop a final design which you will use to create the site.

The design will:

– be web 2.0

– The ‘look and feel’ should be modern, creative and corporate.

– include a jQuery slide show, a lightbox gallery

– have obvious, attractive, horizontal navigation

– appeal to small and medium business owner’s in Australia

– complement the business logo and colours

– small amounts of very engaging text content

– Clean HTML / XHMTL & CSS;

– Adhere to current W3C Standard;

– a CSS based (table-less) design.

–Search Engine Optimization–

Page ranking is important so you will be able to understand implement on-page SEO. SEO content (keywords) and tactics will be provided by us.

All content, including page titles, page copy and images will be supplied by us.

–Provider Skills/Requirements–

You will be able to demonstrate:

– contemporary and creative web design skills and experience with designing for service business websites;

– experience with coding for responsive (web 2.0) navigation, on-page SEO and page structures that can be easily editd and updated;

– good communication skills; and

– fast response to feedback and an ability to ALWAYS meet deadlines.

Flash Thumbs For A Tube Site
This is a two part project:

First part:

I have a tube site, like tnaflix.com, but want my video thumbnails to produce in flash like they do on tnaflix.com. My thumbnails currently show like www.youporn.com.

Please go to tnaflix.com and hover over any video to see it play. This is what I would want done to my site.

Second part:

I want my thumbnails to be bigger (length & width) and with less of a blank space between them. Please see youjizz.com for an example of large thumbnails. The ideal size I want for my thumnails is the medium of www.tnaflix.com & www.youjizz.com ( Height= 2 inches / Length 3 inches).
