I have a php script real estate that has issues when I add or update listings agents and other data. It never use to have this problem but now if I add special characters such as ” ‘ % (and others) I get an error. It will not post the listings or information because of the special characters in the fields.

It looks to be a rather simple fix but I still need someone who knows what they are doing. Please be honest about your completion dates. I need this done asap. This effects more than one field there are fields for listings, agents, locations and more that are effected. I need the whole script to be working properly by being able to accept these special charaters in the fields while editing or adding.

I need a new landing page made for collecting consumer data for the generation of a mortgage lead. We are looking for a dynamic form where the consumer fills out some info and is taken to the next screen. Here are examples:

The form will then HTTP post the result to the destination server. Documentation for the HTTP post is forthcoming. It should be standard.

The name of the landing page should be html formatted by CSS so it can be used with different domains easily without having to manipulate the image files.

We are on a low budget, so keep that in mind with the bid. But this has the potential to lead to many more pages ordered.

I would like to make a series of modifications to my existing web site and add new content types. Bidder should have certain flexibility as there are some modifications to the specs I need to make as I see things progressing. I would like a simple PHP/dynamic poll created to be displayed on my page at www.cocs-guild.com. The poll will have the following properties.

1. Must be intergrated into the site with html/css.
2. Backend so that I can modify the poll. NOTE this does not require authentication as I will add that in myself later.
3. I must be able to create/modify the poll through the backend.
4. No fancy html/css graphics for the backend are required. Just a simple <form> will be fine.
5. I want to be able to see all the previous polls created from the backend.
6. I also want to be able to select which poll is displayed on the front page.
7. I dont care if you use an existing script or php framework.

We need a website designed and built out including a CMS.

We want a site with the same lead-capture functionality as this site: fhaloanpros.com . This site appears to be built on wordpress as the website management tool. This would be a good way to go for the site because it will let us use RSS news feeds for automatic content. We need this set up for automatically getting the news feeds for content.

It will be a lender directory so we need the CMS to add lenders to specific states. When there is no lender in the state, the user will be taken directly to the lead capture form. The leads captured will be sent via HTTP post to a Lead Management System.

The bid should include installation on the domain.

Please let us know how much it would cost to put this site together. Also let us know anything that can’t be done for whatever reason.

We’re looking to have a New release website built. One that would list all new release dates for Blu-Rays, DVDs, Books, CDs and MP3s, Video Games, Comic Books and Just Added. The info for the release dates will be collected via Amazon.com’s API or Amazon’s Affiliate program using Amazon Affiliate links (CDs and MP3 section should have links to both CD version and MP3 version). The Comic Books info will come from http://www.tfaw.com Affiliate program. We also want the ability to add titles not listed at Amazon to the list.
The site will also let people add their favorite artists, actors, directors, movies, Video games and so on to a list. When there is a release date announced for something on their list they will get an e-mail with a link to the release coming out using my Amazon Affiliate link to the title. They should also be able to get a RSS feed for this. (See Account below for more info).
Each week on Sunday the front page list will change to the next week’s listing. The previous list would go into an archive section. The list will also have an archive of the previous week’s listing. This should be done automatically. There should also be a section for future release dates. When Amazon adds new titles to their list of release dates it should be added to our list automatically. List should update at least twice a day but I’m open to every hour.
All titles add that day should be added to the just added section.

Design
The site should have a minimalist design and be very user friendly. I want NO FLASH used.
I know WordPress so if this can be done in that great if not I’m open to anything that’s easy to use. We will also need a logo.

Front Page
Tabs or links on the top of the page for each category
DVDs, Blu-Rays, Books, CDs and MP3s, Video Games, Comic Books and Just Added (the Just Added tab will list every new title added from the last 7 days)
Each tab or link will have a list of all the new releases in that section for that week, divided in subsections. (Subsections names listed under Categories below)
We also want to have a pick of the week with Movie, Music, TV Shows, Comedy, Video Games and Books. We need to be able to change the pick of the week on our own. This will also be on the front page. Maybe it can look some like the titles list under Featured products at http://www.compactdiscount.com.

Under each tab Section
Listed at the very top of each section will be the top new releases of the week. Pictures of each item should be there when available (Pictures not 100% needed). At the bottom of each release date list should be a link to the following week’s releases continuing until the very last date that is on Amazons release schedule. Catalog of release dates should be listed in something like a calendar with dates with a link to click on to get the list for that date.

Twitter
Every time a title gets added to the list it sends out a tweet automatically with an Amazon Affiliate link. (Not 100% needed)

Account:
Sign up for an account that does the following:
If someone signs into their account they can list all their favorite artists, actors, directors, movies, Video games and so on. When there is a release date announced for something on their list they will get an e-mail with a link to the release coming out using my Amazon Affiliate link to the title. They should also be able to get an RSS feed for this list also. Comic books would have the tfaw.com Affiliate program link. This should be done automatically.

If someone has an account they should be able to remove any categories that do not interest them. This should be a simple process: something like clicking an X in the top right corner to remove the category. See http://www.dailyrotation.com/ for what we’re looking for.
If possible, users should be able to prioritize sections due to interest level.
Front page should explain the benefits of opening an account. A link on the front page called “Benefits of opening an account”. I could make a video explaining the benefits after the site is made and this would go in this link it would be an embed video.
