The product images would also need to be gathered and saved to disk and a way to link a product with its corresponding image(s). There are roughly 500,000 products in the online store. All images would need to be saved in their highest resolution with no manipulation done to the images.

The MySQL database should have at least two tables, one storing the product and its core details, and another table to store attributes in key/value pairs.

Once you spider the data you would compress a MySQL database dump file of the product data along with all of the images and send it over. We would need to see a sample of the database before payment is sent over along some statistics of the data, including database rows, size, and image size.

Development of a WYSIWYG software that allow user to design and print both sides of a pvc

(plastic) card, using card printer Fargo Persona c30e and the printer’s SDK.

Software must allow to place shapes, pictures, barcode, labels, background color or image,

read/record magnet stripe (using printer’s sdk).

Main purpose of software is to print a sequence of cards from a database (Access, Mysql, Oracle,

Sqlserver, Postgresql), or from csv file.
So the software must allow dynamic fields:
– dynamic Label, dynamic barcode and dynamic magnet stripe can be loaded from both CSV or

Database
– dynamic picture can be loaded from both a database or a directory of numbered image files.

Requirements:

– Development in C# using Windows Forms
– Provide source-code
– Ribbon UI, using DevXpress Xtrabars component
– Use Bytescout Barcode component

– “Print” option can use the exact same window of “Configure Printer”, but it may have a “Print”

button instead of the “OK” button.
– Both “Configure printer” and “Print” options must allow to show only printers with specific

name (I’ll give you the list of names).
– check if printer has magnetic encoder installed before print a card that has magnetic stripe

element placed in it.
– Simple access control system with 2 levels: administrator and operator. Administrator can do everything. Operator can ONLY print a previous saved design.
– log every action (with datetime). Only administrator can see/clean logs.

Problems you may face and things you should avoid:

– avoid aliasing
– avoid flickering while moving elements
– if you place your elements in a rectangle make sure the rectangle is totally transparent.
– ruler’s mouse tracking may intercept windows mouse moving messages and take a lot of processing which will generate flickering (even if you use double buffering) or screw up ribbon interface
– using windows default printer properties dialog isn’t trivial for c#, so you may use win32 api for that, but it may cause problems for you to open the dialog (memory protection fault) or for you to save it’s settings

– fields to be used are ID, up to 13 text fields and up to 13 photos per record

I need to have data from fields generated into a flash file (FLV) that i can use to upload to youtube.

The automated FLV file should include transitions of the photos and text so it looks like an online family photo album. There will be six songs supplied, the script should select one of the songs at random when generating the flash file.

The video should always start with the same intro slide, then content from db, then a final slide that users can click on to direct them to our website.

My company is using Openfire 3.6.4 as an internal server to manage our XMPP/Jabber communications. We have it set so
that all messages are archived in a database presently, but need to adjust the archiving so that all conversations
are exported to an email address vs. just being stored in the database.

Openfire is open sourced and there is an existing plug-in published that does a majority of the work that is needed.

What we are looking for is someone who is comfortable with the level of java used to build this project that can take a little time to develop the plug-in we need. Delivery of the finished product will be as a plug-in that can be installed to our build.

Purpose:

Provide the ability to export archived conversations from an Openfire XMPP Server (www.igniterealtime.com) as
individual SMTP email messages.

Environment:

Proposed Method :

OpenFire is a fully functional Jabber/XMPP server and it keeps records of all conversations in a MySql database.

The Monitoring Service plug-in provides a framework for the majority of the work that needs to be done.

Under the Archiving tab that allows you to search the database for conversations, there is a facility that assembles
the individual chats from the MySql database and formats them in a structured way. Upon checking on an individual
conversation, there is a function that will allow you to view the content of a chat as a pdf.

Taking advantage of this existing plug-in we want to modify it so that in place of exporting individual messages to a
pdf, we instead email them to a pre-defined email address, as well as being to trigger this action in bulk for a range
of messages.

We will also need to add a new table that will keep track of whether a message has been exported to email or not. This
table will employ the PK of conversationID as a reference and track date of last export and email address exported to.

The plug-in will need to have two operational modes:

1 – manual

Employ the search feature of the Monitoring Service plug-in and allow for the results to either be emailed one by one
upon clicking them (export to mail will replace ‘view as pdf’), or the entire found set can be emailed.

Upon a batch email out, each unique conversationID will be matched to an individual email.

2 – scheduled

The plug-in needs to have the ability to be triggered daily at a specified time to export all un-flagged conversations
that have been generated.

Finally the plug-in needs to be written as a self contained module and in to the framework of an openfire plug-in. Any
database adjustments need to be kept separate from the overall schema (i.e. …. adding tables preferred over adding
fields to existing tables)

Also there is a writing manager admin and a regional manager , and just Admin , and a proofing manager admin , all have dif access , all this is all ready done in the database . Allow an end user to select Product ID (13 products), select defined color ID number or select custom color from default window color chart, select special service, select amount of screen/color, select sizes (if applicable), select artwork from album gallery or upload multiple artworks, a special instruction text field, quantity, calculate estimated total cost, special service charge, enter in coupon code, and waive certain fee.

The user must register for an account with email as the username and a defined password (where they enter contact name, company name, phone, email, billing name, and shipping name) and label their design with a name (A-Z or 0-9 only). The user has the ability to retrieve lost password using their email address.

There will be a special text field for customers with existing account in another system. Text field will be labeled as “Customer ID:” and another text field label “Representative in charge:” The Representative in charge field is a small database to be retrieved from MySQL or MSSQL

After creation of account, the user may submit the design and other information to the administrator for confirmation.

The design information is saved in the database and a copy is emailed to the administrator. The user will receive an e-mail with the assigned “Order confirmation number”, Reference_* file (output of customer database info), link to access the customer portal account, and will be redirected to a completion page.

The system will link to a UPS rate tool to determine the actual shipping cost with the determined total product weight.

The administrator has a backend system (MySQL or MSSQL) that receives the order (complete customer inputted information) and generate a confirmation number for the saved design. The saved design will be saved to the root path / folder of the hosting computer sorted by the generated order confirmation number in the format (<Confirmation Number>_<Product ID>_<Design Name>) Example: folder: E12032_Product1_GatorNumberOne)

Two files will be generated called Reference_<Confirm Num>_<Design Name>.html and Order_<Confirm Numb>_<Design Name> with up specific text output from the customer order information.

The submit design will send an email to the administrator notifying the order complete detail (attach Reference_ * and Order_* File with the generated order confirmation number and the attachment of the specific uploaded, artwork and/or doodle design).

The administrator has the ability to login the web interface to change saved design quantity, update pricing, or change feature, and change or update user account settings,

Upon completion of order review and final design mockup, the administrator will go to the web interface (make necessary changes to the order, pricing, quantity, or feature, or waiver), upload the new proof design artwork (up to 2 files or .zip file) and click “Submit”.

Upon Submit, the system will create a new Reference_* file and Order_* file (if any new changes were made) then send an e-mail to the User relating to the order a confirmation e-mail.

The user will receive an email with the link back to the design site; enter in the confirmation number to complete the order with the following payment option:
1) API Credit Gateway (Paypal)
2) Paypal
3) Check or Other option.

And after payment the order will be marked as Paid in the database system. If payment is Check or other, mark in system as “Pending”, else mark all order as “None”

The administrator will receive a confirmation email with Notice of Payment marked as either PayPal, API – Payment as an Alternative Method, Check, or other.

Specific Details
1) Administrator Web Interface to add/update/remove product, colors, special feature, and unit cost calculations, update order status such as tracking number, and change payment status.
2) A customer portal to allow customer to register, enter contact, billing and shipping information, save their order, view status of the order, and perform reorder of past orders.
2.1) Option for Re-ordering the same design with ability to modify quantity, or re-loading design and modifying previously placed order using previous Order Confirmation number.
3) Clipart color can be changed using a predetermined PMS color chart. (I provide)
4) Clipart is to be categorized (based on file directory)
5) Uploaded artwork by the end user forces the user to enter the color description or color ID from color chart into the Special instruction text field.
6) All artwork must be cropped at the edge of the product.
7) A text editor to add custom text.
8) All items in the design interface can be resized, rotated, and layered.
9) All artwork including uploaded artwork can become transparent (remove white).
10) When a customer chooses a personalization option, an additional upload field will appear to allow the customer to upload additional document like Excel spreadsheet, word. These files will also be sent to the Administrator and saved in the root directory.
