I wish to have a PHP script that uses a Linux server to post a topic once in 8 days on a vBulletin forum (webhostingtalk.com). Normally I post these topics manually by calendarizing them, but it would be easier to have a server do this… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: PHP, vBulletin)
