News: Get A Free License Of The Unity 3D Game Engine For iOS (Normally $400)

Unity is a premium game engine that offers support for the iOS platform along with most other platforms including Android, Mac, Windows and Flash that has been mentioned a few times, most recently in this set of tutorials on creating 2D games with Unity 3D.

Today I received a tip about a discounted Unity 3D license offer – and found when I went to the store there is currently an offer that is even better. Until April 8th individuals and corporate entities can pick up a free license of Unity 3D with iOS and Android support provided they have a turnover of less than $100,000.

There are a few key differences between this license and the Unity Pro license, but it’s still a great offer and these licenses normally cost $400.
