Remember, we reserve the right to reject sites and links that do not meet our terms and we will require you to add suitable replacement links within an acceptable period of time.
Here are the requirements/guidelines for this project work:
SEO Guidelines
-Links must be PERMANENT, free, one way, non-reciprocal and static to our website (three-way links ok)
– The page our link is placed on must be PR3+ (at least 30 PR 6) and related to my Themes
– There must be no more than 40 outbound links on each web page where the link is placed
– Page must be updated by Google within the last 30-45 days
– Links should contain the target key phrase as a text hyperlink (to be provided to winning bidder)
– No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages, or other unethical or black-hat tactics
– Link page should be only from German or English language sites
– Link page must be search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, framed pages, etc
– Page must not be excluded by robots.txt and the anchor text must not contain the rel=nofollow tag.
– Will not accept links from: link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, directories, articles submission, Free For All websites, gambling, pharmacy, illegal,
hacker, porn, violent, or hate-based, guest book’s, classifieds, dynamic links, spam sites, or generally black hat links
– No scraper sites, mirror sites
– No sites banned by google.
– Must be manually submitted.
– No link schemes, No blog comments, No ping sites, No links within newsgroups
– Links must be from different Class-C IP addresses

DELIVERABLES
You must provide us (at least twice a month) an Excel spreadsheet that includes the following columns and link data:
– Date link submitted
– Date link accepted/posted and became live
– Link URL (the specific URL of where our link is actually located)
– Google page rank of the link URL
– Which keyword the site is associated with
– Specific Anchor Text used
– IP Address of website link is placed on
More About the Project:
– Approximate start date of the project after selecting a bid: Immediate (within 1-2 days)
– Link building spread on 1 months – 100+ links per month
– Payment will be divided in 1 portion and paid AFTER the link building of each month (30-100) was successful and the links have been confirmed.
– We’ll accept the lowest acceptable offer from all the sites we posted the job to.
