WordPress Theme 2010

I need a wordpress theme that looks like
Must integrate all the functions from http://www.colettebaronreid.com/
– page template for HOME
(right hand column created as a sidebar to be used by other pages. Articles will be video archive. Blog extract displays latest blog entry. daily wisdom pick function not required.)
– page template for ABOUT
(horizontal sub menu and no sidebar)
– page template for EVENTS
(horizontal sub menu and sidebar)
– page template for CONTACT US
(sidebar and no horizontal sub menu)
– page template for BLOG
(Featured authors, quote not necessary. Will be single author with archive)
– page template for STORE
(Similar layout with categories on left and drill down to detail product pages and store sub menu at top)
– Background and menu colors will be different
Images will be different. I will supply original images for main design.
– Integrated lightbox effect for video and wordpress-galleries
– Page template for homepage with an image-transition-slider for store and calendar (with images selection system)
– All custom_fields must be start with an underscore
– Admin-functions and an admin-panel.
– The theme must be fully localized with the built-in functions from wordpress
– Must be css and table-less
– Utilising and compatible with WordPress 2.9 or better
The theme must have the same look in every browser (IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome) and checked against the W3C validator.
