WordPress/buddypress Sitebuild
Looking for someone who can develop a site from ground up that is
strong in front-end and back-end development. The site needs to
be set up in WordPress with Buddypress to include user profiles and forums.
The home page will need space for a link to purchase arm bands, popular discussions and a weekly message from the site administrator. I would also like the ability to display a map of users on the home page and a link to the Facebook fan page.
The User Profile fields would all need to be optional and include:
Name
Profile picture
Location – City, State/zip
male/female
Age range – via drop down
What color arm bands they own from the Afformations Project – with the
colors displayed below their profile pictures
Bio
Favorite books
Business name
Job title
Looking for checkboxes – small groups/masterminds, business
opportunities, networking
This job is for a Non-Profit company but the developer will be paid. We figure some custom development will need to be done and hopefully not too much for what we want.
Site needs to be completed by April 15th if possible.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• PHP
• CSS
• HTML
• WordPress Buddypress plug-in
• Good communications skills both written and verbal.
• Strong problem solving and trouble shooting skills.
• Cross-browser development.
• JavaScript a plus but not required.
