Design an iPhone User Interface
I need someone to design an iPhone like user interface for an iphone web app. I want the look and feel of a native iphone app but this app is web only. So, it can not have iphone specific features. It just needs to have the iphone look and feel.
There are three screens needed. A form, a list and a home screen with two options.
Please show me work you have done that gives me an idea of your design style and skills.
