Buynow Phppennyauction Script

I need to implement a custom buynow in PHPPennyAuction.com Script.
Keep in mind that you shall already know the script, as my site is currently live.
You won’t have access to my server, but only to files.
I will pay the full ammount via PAYPAL (only) after i get the work done, sent and tested.
Only serious bids!
What I need is:
– The buy it now (with those 3 conditions suggested in forum)
– When a buyer “buy it now” the aucion still continues online and other bidders still continue bidding as if nothing happened.
– When a buyer “buy it now” he/she only pay the difference between commercial price and money spent in bids (final price= nºbids*0.10€)
– A buyer can “buy it now” on an auction he/she bid at least once, from the beggining to 24H after the close.
