Proof Approval Form Needed
I am looking for a system like the following that I found out about here:

She created the perfect form for me where I can upload the image, enter the order # and customer name, and an email is automatically sent to the customer with a link for them to view their proof.

Then I receive an email with their approval or comments.

I would like a form just like that where I can upload the proof/image and I will enter the customer’s name and email. Once I submit, the system will email the client with a link to view the proof and to approve it for printing or they can request changes to be made (just like shown on the web site above).
