I am looking for excellent programmers, preferably companies who can take the project with following requirements :

I require a new site to be done adapting the structure of the mentioned site with following specifications :
– Needs to have total new template with good space for banners
– Live currency Feeds / world clock required
– The site has silver gold plans on the home page, i want to offer such plans but prefer on tab basis.
– Payment gateway must
All data on the site including text and banners should be editable from the admin
I am very particular to deal with professionals who have good track records on Sl and can show some portfolio of work completed.
Excellent English communication and online support must i.e, i need to discuss every aspect of the site with the programmer on chat.
I am very tough with the smallest detail, unless done till perfection, so if u are good at understanding and can deliver wat promised place you bid
And please don’t bid high amounts as i know wat would it cost to get this job done, so realistic offers welcome.
