we have an existing site coded in php where we would like to add the following functionality to it as well as a new template for the site.

3 levels of posting options with radial buttons
-Once level is selected form fields appear
-4 searchable posting options from drop down to refresh Wall listings
-10 viewable postings
-Standard confirmation/thank you page
ZIP code directory search (google maps API) – Based on current listings in MYSQL Database
-Based on ZIP code and surrounding radius to be defined
-4 default listing no matter the ZIP code (supply default listings)
-Showcase results on page based on current site
-Admin database to add resources
