New Layout Needed For Website

I need a new Layout and Logo that looks nicer and more seo friendly.
I do not like my sites layout but i need all features to work the same
and implemented in new site.
There will probablly we around 8 pages all together.
I want this to be a .html/php
Please use www.posterbrain.com as a refrence. But i want it nicer then
their site.
Also need you to transfer all Scripts and website so that is properly working with new layout.
