I need a simple 2-page psd converted to XHTML/css. The end product should be W3C-valid, tableless, cross-browser compatible and load quickly. Includes a small quote form on front page that should email me with field values on submit. (php) I’ve attached a .jpg of the two pages.
Looking for a quick, reliable coder for this and future jobs. I do quite a few custom sites and I gave over 20 conversion jobs to my last coder.
