Magento Custom Footer Project
We use a customised Magento 1 column template http://demo.ndgsf.com/?___store=environs , the purpose of this project is to replace the existing footer with a new design based on:
-6 Column layout
-4 of the 6 columns will include a title and links to site pages and standard Magento functions
-1 of the columns will contain the newsletter subscription sign up form
-1 of the columns will contain the community poll
Beneath the footer we want a static block added using an image, the purpose of the static block is to provide the ability to interchange the image used for seasonal design influence.
-The newsletter form and community poll are to be permanently fixed in the footer and not appear in columns
-The format used is to be identical to the layout/design examples screenshot(s) provided (all attached).
-The static block beneath the footer should be full site width
-The footer links should allow for 10 links per list/column
-All text colours will be specified
-We will supply the image for the static block
-The links for CMS pages will have been created
-A list for mapping the links will be provided
-The footer should be done so that the links can be modified by us at a later date via CMS
