Order Acknowledgment
I have an oscommerce based e-store. It is a digital media download site only. The problem I have is when an order is placed and purchased I will get a paypal acknowledgment email. If the buyer hits the return to merchant button and returns to the site for downloading and downloads it ok ,I will receive an order acknowledgment from my site sent to my email. I have it set now for 2 download tries. If the buyer returns to the site and tries to download the file and messes up for what ever reason, I cant add another download attempt to his order. Also if the buyer dont hit return to merchant and comes back to the site by other means and logs in to his account it dont show up as he ordered anything so there is nothing to download at all.also I dont show he has purchased anything either. Any solutions available?
