Quick Php Adjustment
Need to modify the format of the text displayed on this form. Should take no more than 15 minutes for an experience programmer.

Need to have two things modified
1) have the company name wrap to two lines so longer names can fit on ticket.
2) have the booth number be moved to the next line down and include more characters.
Need it done ASAP.
