Search Engine Redesign

We are looking to hire somebody to redesign our search engine using Web 2.0 functionality. We have a concept in mind, which we will discuss in detail with the selected designer/developer.
Type of Work needed:
– Ability to allow users to change Skins.
– Skins should be categorized in several categories.
– 100% Cross Browser Compatibility.
Requirements:
– Designer and Developer knowledge is a must.
– Expert knowledge in PHP, HTML, JAVA, AJAX, JQUERY required.
– Portfolio of previous work will be needed.
