Fix Web Forms – Autopopulation
I have a few web forms which collect data to a MYSQL database and are supposed to autopopulate fields of the same name in the other forms as they fill them out (you must hit continue to go from one form to the other). These forms populate a series of formatted pdf documnets which gets emailed to the user and webmaster when they finish filling out all the forms (all forms must be completed for you to be able to submit).
The forms are alsmost done, they work well however some of the mandatory and optional fields are not defined correctly. Also, some of the autopopulation is not working correctly, about 80% of the forms work but these minor things are preventing the forms from working correctly and being finalized. I had someone working on these changes and was doing a great job but has now just dissapeared and i cannot find him.
I need someone to look at the code and finish the job as soon as possible, i have to turn this in already so i need someone who is reliable and isn’t working on other jobs at the same time. Please only serious people, i need this done in no more than 3 days.
