Cake-php Site Customization
We need some clean up and customization done on a Cake Php site.
This will be piece of cake for a programmer who has Cake/Php/Mysql/Jave (an MVC) and Java experience or a learning project for a programmer who has PHP/MYSQL/JAVA experience

The MVC framework is complete (with a custom login and access control) but needs to have some menu work and limitations to what data is allowed to be viewed/edited
An FTP login can be provided and access to the MYSQL Data base.
