Data Mining Tool
I need a tool that will allow me to input a website and have data retrieved/mined from it to fill data fields in my database.
I would like to collect yardsale information from Craigslist or any site that I input. Once the tool maps correctly the data to my database, then I would like the tool to run nightly to collect any new additions or correct any changed entries from the respective site.
I can design the interface if the programmer can help me understand the requirements.
Application can run as a Cron job nightly on a php server where I host the website. Application needs to be flexible to the potential differences in how online classifieds list their listing differently. Application needs to be efficient and require low demand on server.
