I require this website (http://zoe.co.nz/dev/demo2/) to look as close as possible to this website (http://69.4.227.188/~sammycl/member2/index.php?page=home) and this as the property display page (http://69.4.227.188/~sammycl/member2/index.php?page=property&mid=19&pid=13). It needs to use the existing Joomla modules in the backend.
