Php Form With Search
PHP project:
I need a page with tutor registration form ( roughly 30 fields ), stores data into the mysql database.
when user searches, result displays the registered tutors list (with pagination).
need an advanced search box (with check boxes for filtereing )
Its an immediate project, payment by paypal or *bank transfer.
