Need Logo Design Now

For my hosting website I need a new logo design.
Company name: RimoHost
I need a designer who has a lot of experience with creating logos.

I need a logo with a kind of symbol before the company name,this symbol I want to use as favicon.
This logo I need in my header with a blue background(Joomla site).
The designer must also add the logo in my design.
The budget is $10 and I need it very soon,immediately if possible.
Payment after the job is done with paypal when the logo is what I want.
