Php Cms
Heres what I need.
I need someone to find the best php cms to suit my needs for my business. I would also need a custom theme made for it.
Things needed in the CMS:
Event Calender,
Member Register/Login,
Forums,
News sysetm,
Shoutbox,
Custom Pages,
SEO support,
Clan teams/match following,
Tournament Bracket System,
Banning System,
Nice Admin Backend,
Ecommerce,
Flash or java banner on homepage, (showing 4 sliding articles set in admin backend),

Theme/Template:
The 2 main colors of the theme must be blue (#0099CC) and black (#000000), and must be based on LAN Centers/parties. (Please nothing done before or reusing old work).
