Php/ajax Calendar

I already wasted 2 weeks of my time with a company who promised they could do it and weeks later they tell they can’t do it. Look at the attachments for a better idea of what to expect.
Features that are very important:
1. Click and drag feature
2. Multi-Calendar feature
3. Import/export to other calendar (i.e. google, ical, 30boxes, etc)
This calendar will pretty much include what 30boxes has plus what is in the document. I plan to put this calendar into my website so I will provide my database structure to help in the planning process.
