Html To WordPress Cms Theme 2
I want a professional/expert wordpress coder to convert this html to wordpress CMS.

The coding should be clean and should have an theme option panel in wordpress admin dashboard.
You should also do the required custom coding.(e.g. note that latest twitter/latest news/latest comments module in mid of the page).
Also there should be additional sidebar which can be controlled from admin panel.
Must meet the committed delivery time.
Please note that the theme should be a lightweight one as seen in example.
