Need 2 Php Forms Fixed
I have 2 php forms on my site that are not sending the info , forms are coming in blank….
On my site i have 4 forms 2 are working ok but 2 function forms are not – i tested the site on 3 other server to trouble shoot if it may be a server issue but the problem was the same for all servers sending blank forms being sent to destination email…..
Also need the job done ASAP…thanks in advance
