Work details
1) Create one form including these details.
– CLient name (Must be auto select from session)
– Patient name
– patient Mobile no
– Select Date and Time to send messege
– repeat 3,6,9 times.
– 5 messege templates to select.
2) A PHP script to save alarm in database.
3) View Alarm page.
4) Admin panel who can see all alarms and also can delet any of them.
5) for every user 20 Credits are free means they can send only 20 messege free after that they can’t.
6) User can see remaining credits on his home page.
7) I need this all things to be created without any graphic just simple white background.
8)that’s all.
9)Must be completed in few hours.
