Traffic Exchange Script 2

I am looking for a professional php coder who is free and able to start today.
I have a traffic exchange script and what i need done there is :
– check a function why is not working full.
– bring a modification to the system (more details on PMB ) .
Basically it will not be code from scratch, you will have to work on an existing (fully working) script .
