Elance Clone
I require a freelancer website like Elance / Scriptlance in functionality and different modern look .
Since developing the project from scratch will take time, its decided to take readymade scripts or script software with each individual covering 85-99 percent features depending on the price
Requirements are as follow:

– Many features are already there, but some need to be added like RSS and some dropped like forums.
– The design should be new.
– It should be with w3c standards and web 2.0.
– It must be crossbrowser compatible.
– Should be displayed full screen.(fluid view)
– The look must be absolutely professional.

All the payment processing and other 90% functionality is in the scripts (Radlance/ilance) which i will give you.
This project will not be considered complete until it has been live for 2 weeks with testing.
Hopefully winner bid will get the permanent maintenance job for this website.
I want this installation possible on continuous basis 2-5 per week.
I want to choose preferabbly someone who had been developer for the ongoing lancing jobs.
