Job Portal Proposal
I am an agent that has alot of clients who requires me to do solution development. My normal way is to outsource the complete development to a technical company and I do the liaison work between client and outsource company.
My annual development work value exceed USD$500k. I am still LOOKING for a competent technical company to work with.
Current requirement: Job Portal
Immediate requirement: 1. Technical Specs
2. Flow charts and diagrams explaining the flow
3. Explanation of each modules and function
Status: ONLY company who had developed this before are eligible to submit. Samples job site needed to prove development.
Type: The Job Portal MUST have already been developed. We will reuse the back end. As for the UI, you can redesign it to fit my client requirement and brand.
Budget:USD$ 2,000 to $4,000 Dependent on the complexity of proposed site.
