I need a Math game clone, which can be found there:

It would be available to the users of my website, and I want statistics to be uploaded in a MySQL db, such as their score.
I have a game with a similar system on my website, faceflow dot com, the game is 3D Pong, you can try it out to see how the Math Game should work.
