Pear/smarty Site Into Cms

I need an help for my site: www.bookinimage.com with some modifications and some little new features…

now site is online but there are some bugs and poor features…
it is possible to integrate my site on one of ready to use cms (smartycms, bigace, xoops… or better wordpress or joomla)
