System shall provide chat application for download and install to logged user.
After installation of chat module to users system, users are able to start chat with all registered users.
1.1 One to One Text Chat with Website users
1.2 Chat History Pop-up on Initiating Chat
When user initiate a live chat session with a another user, a pop-up
Window appears which shows details of previous chat sessions
With the same users.
1.3 Users Log-in or Sign-up Required
Users need to login before using chat application.
1.4 Leave Message form (if users offline)
Logged user can leave offline message to users who is not online.
1.5 Typing Status Alerts
A typing status message alert pertaining to the site users sent to both chat Participants when the chat session is in progress. The first user is alerted when the second is typing and the second user is notified when the first is typing a response.
1.6 New Visitor Alert
Logged users are informed by a sliding window rising from users’ system tray when a new login in to chat module.
1.7 Avatars:
Represent yourself with a stylized, graphic image where you can choose.
1.8 Display Images:
Display an image to represent yourself to chat users.
1.9 Block user:
User can block other user to stop chat.
1.10 Online/Offline Feature:
To set yourself as “Online/Offline”, just click the Online/Offline that is located just to right of user name at the top of the member list. When user returns, click it again.
1.11 RSS:
Online chat user get list of new update by any users on site.
