All order under 100.00 to all places in the world should have a choice of, of regular parcel post, priority mail, and express mail.
All USA orders over 100.00 should have free priority with the choice to upgrade to express mail, what ever it cost live from USPS is the price expess mail should be.
All non USA should have the choice of regular parcel post, priority mail and express mail the free shipping should not apply to non USA orders as it is stated on the website.
There should be a 3.00 handling fee on all shipping cost added to the live price.
