I need a joomlalancer to implement safety joomla plataform with the ideal extension for a universitary e-magazine and create a branded e-magazine template, logo redesign(not change the esense). the site is to promote and inform the student about univesitary events, concerts, etc.
the user age are 18-25 spanish native language, universitary students.
