Convert Psd Template To Joomla

I need a joomla expert to convert a PSD template to a Joomla 1.5 template with specific module positions. See attached image.
The main image zone needs to be a slideshow using any Joomla slideshow module or component.
Job is immediate, you will have MAX 3 days to do the work, do not bid if you can’t complete the job in less than 3 days. Daily feedback is required
